Del Valle ISD police accuse student of 'waving' a gun outside Dailey Middle School

The Del Valle ISD Police Department charged a 17-year-old student with allegedly exhibiting a handgun while at Dailey Middle School on the evening of Dec. 4, according to an affidavit submitted by a DVISD detective on Dec. 10.
